Lemonade recipes are synonymous with summer at out home. I make a lemonade every single day. Apart from quenching the thirst and refreshing, lemonades are best way to stay hydrated.
Along with simple plain lemonades I also make mint lemonade, ginger lemonade, strawberry lemonade. This cherry lemonade is our favorite when fresh cherries are in season. This lemonade as a wonderful flavor and tartness of cherries are well balanced by lemon.
You can make cherry lemonade in many ways. You can make a reduced cherry syrup, or a cherry sauce and then make lemonade. Here I have taken the short route and made this drink very easily.
Pick and rinse ripe cherries after removing the stalks. Halve then and remove the stone. Take the pitted cherries in a blender jar and add required sugar and lemon juice. Blend to a smooth paste with 1/4 cup water. Pass this through a sieve. Now add sparkling water or plain soda, ice cubes to this fruit puree and serve immediately.

Cherry Lemonade Recipe
- 3/4 Cup Fresh Cherries
- 1 Big Lemon
- 3 Talespoons sugar
- 3 Cups Sparkling Water Plain Soda or Chilled Water
- Pick, rinse and pit the cherries. Extract juice from the lemon
- Combine pitted cherries, sugar and lemon juice in a blender jar. Add little water and blend smoothly. Strain the pulp through a sieve.
- Divide the pulp among three glass and top with sparkling water and ice cubes. Serve immediately.
