Step by step eggless orange loaf recipe
1. Preheat oven at 180C. Take melted butter, powdered sugar, orange juice and condensed milk in a mixing bowl. Add vanilla extract and orange zest. Mix thoroughly.
2. Sift baking powder and wheat flour directly over the wet ingredients. Mix well until everything is incorporated.
3. Gently fold in the tutti frutti and chocolate chips.
4. The batter will be quiet thick. Pour this batter into a greased and dusted loaf tin. Tap well. Bake in the hot oven for 35-40 minutes. Coll thoroughly and slice the cake. Serve orange loaf with coffee.

- 6 tablespoons orange juice
- 3/4 cup condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons powdered cane sugar
- Vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- Dry ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 cup tutti frutti
- 1/4 cup chocolate cake
Instructions
