Halwa is a sweet pudding from Indian sub continent. Halwa is usually served warm and the consistency is slightly thick. Some halwa variety is also served as slices. Two widely classified types of halwa are flour based halwa like corn flour halwa, sooj halwa and nut based halwa like badam halwa.
