This is basically a chocolate biscuit cake. The biscuit and nuts mixture is mixed with chocolate mixture and set firmly. For topping I have used my homemade nutella and it worked wonderfully. The slice looks so beautiful and impressive once cut. Even beginners can make this no bake chocolate almond cake recipe easily for valentines day. It is a very rich dessert so a small slice goes long way 🙂
To make no bake chocolate almond cake recipe you need digestive biscuits, roasted and chopped almonds, dark chocolate, butter and sugar. Topping is optional and you can use store bought or homemade chocolate nut spread.

Step by step no bale chocolate almond cake recipe
1.Take chopped chocolate, butter, sugar in a sauce pan. Start heating and cook in low flame until the chocolate melts and the mixture is very smooth and lump free.
2.Take crumbled biscuits and roasted chopped nuts in a mixing bowl. Add the chocolate mixture and mix well.
3. Pour this chocolate nut mixture into a very well greased or foil lined tin. Set in fridge for 3-4 hours.
4. Once the cake is set, add chocolate nut spread on top and spread it evenly. Add chopped fruits like strawberry or more nuts. Slice and serve no bake chocolate almond cake as dessert.

- 3/4 cup crumbled digestive biscuits
- 3/4 cup roasted and chopped almonds
- 300 grams dark chocolate chopped
- 50 grams butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Nutella for topping
