paneer tikki step 6

Paneer tikki recipe with step by step photos. Sharing a very easy to make quick paneer tikki recipe that you can serve as snack or even light breakfast.

As I mentioned here,I had some leftover paneer filling after making paeer paratha and I used it to make this paneer tikki recipe. Apart from crumbled paneer all you need to make these delicious tikkis are few spice powders from your pantry and 4 bread slices (see notes for variations). I served these paneer tikkis with mint chutney but you can serve with tomato sauce or even spicy tomato chutney, these paneer tikki tastes great on their own too with coffee. Here I have shallow fried the tikkis, you can deep fry tem or even bake them, these paneer tikkis really tastes great when served hot. You can refrigerate the filling and make tikkis when needed too.
