What Goes In The Making Of Poondu Milagu Kuzhambu?

You need very basic and simple ingredients stocked in the pantry for making this kuzhambu. You just need garlic, peppercorns, curry leaves, chana dal, sesame oil to make this kuzhambu.

I have added eggplant or brinjal in this recipe, but you can totally make this kuzhambu without vegetables. Few more vegetables that will go well in this recipe are okra, broad beans etc.

How To Make

Easy kuzhambu recipe with garlic and black peppercorns, I found this poondu milagu kuzhambu recipe in a “Menu rani” Chellam’s cook book and tried it with few changes. We liked this kuzhambu very much. This is a very easy recipe but tastes so delicious and comforting with fresh steamed rice and a dollop of sesame oil. Here I have used brinjal/eggplant,though it was not mentioned in the recipe, I thought eggplants will compliment this dish and I was right too :).
