Take bajra flour in a wide bowl. Add salt and mix well. Add water slowly and mix well. Mix well and knead well.
Pinch a big lemon sized portion from the dough and shape into a ball. Place it on a plastic sheet or butter paper and slowly press it and make a thin roti. Wet your fingers for easy spreading.
Now slowly and carefully place the rolled roti on a hot tava and cook in medium flame till brown spots appear and edges are well cooked on both sides. Smear ghee on both sides and serve bajra roti hot.

1. You can even roll the roti between greased butter paper. 2. Use warm water for soft rotis.
