Ingredients (1 cup=250 ml)
  • 2 big potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 200 grams cubed paneer
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped capsicum
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • Salt
  • 3 teaspoons oil
Instructions
  1. Heat a pan with 3 teaspoons oil.
  2. Temper with cumin seeds.
  3. Add finely chopped onions and saute till they turn soft.
  4. Add chopped capsicums and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add cubed potatoes and saute well. Add spice powders and salt. Cover and cook for 7-8 minutes.
  6. Once the potatoes are fully cooked add cubed paneer and toss gently.
  7. Cook in low flame for 2 minutes. garnish with coriander leaves and remove from flame. Serve aloo paneer hot.
