- 2 cups kara boondi
- 2 cups omapodi
- 8-10 medium sized mullu murukku
- 1/4 cup fired peanuts
- 1/4 cup broken fried cashews
- 1/4 cup fired poha
- 20-30 curry leaves
- 1 teaspoon ghee
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon pepper powder
- Salt
Keep boondi, omapodi and mullu murukku ready.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a small kadai. fry peanuts, cashews, poha separately.
In the same pan add ghee and heat it. Saute curry leaves and pepper powder.
take a big plate and add the boondi, omapodi to it. Break the murukku and add as well.
Add all the other ingredients and some salt. Mix very well. Store madras mixture in airtight container.Serve as required.
