Ingredients

milk powder
1/2
cup
or 200 grams sweetened condensed milk
1/8
teaspoon
saffron crushed and soaked in 2 tablespoons milk
2
teaspoons
milk masala powder OR 4 cardamoms powdered
Instructions
Mix condensed milk and saffron soaked milk in a heavy pan.
Start heating and once the condensed milk starts to bubble, add the milk powder. Mix well and keep stirring in low flame for 5-7 minutes.
Once the whole mixture turns into a soft mass, add milk masala powder and mix well.
Let the mixture cool down a bit. Shape into pedas and garnish with desired nuts. Store and serve pedas at room temperature.
Notes
1. use a tablespoon or a melon scoop to scoop peda mixture for uniform sized pedas.
2. You can addrose essence or badam essence too.
