Ingredients

  • 10 medu vadas
  • 3 cups tiffin sambar
  • Finely chopped onions
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves.

Instructions

  • Prepare vadas as mentioned here and keep ready.
  • Make sambar and keep it ready too.
  • Take 3-4 vadas and soak them in hot water for 2 minutes. gently squeeze and place the vadas in a serving plate.
  • Pour hot sambar over it as much as required, top with very finely chopped onions and coriander leaves. Serve sambar vada immediately.

Notes

1. Do not skip dipping vada in hot water for 2 minutes.
2. Sambar should not be very thick or too thin. It should be in a consistency to soak up vadas.
3. Serve immediately after assembling.
