Cookies n cream ice cream recipe- eggless and no cook

Ingredients

  • 3 cups whipping cream or fresh cream
  • 400 ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 15-20 chocolate sandwich cookies
  • Vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Whip the cream along with vanilla extract until stiff peaks. I always use fresh cream and whip it over an ice bath.
  • Fold the sweetened condensed milk the whipped cream gently. Do not let peaks fall while folding.
  • Crush about 15-20 chocolate sandwich cookies. Add to the prepared ice cream mixture and fold. Freeze for 8-12 hours. Coop and serve cookies and cream ice cream as required.

Notes

1. Adding 3 cups fresh cream yield a not very sweet ice cream. I wanted a moderately sweet ice cream. For sweeter ice cream, you can add 2.5 cups fresh cream for 400ml condensed milk.
2. For whipping fresh cream, use chilled thick cream and whip over an ice bath
