Ingredients

  • 3 cups thick yogurt/curd
  • 3-4 tablespoons gulkand
  • Cardamom powder

Instructions

  • Take well beaten chilled curd in the blender jar. Add gulkand, cardamom powder and blend very well until frothy.
  • Transfer to a serving glass and garnish with chopped pistachios and dried rose petals. Serve immediately.

Notes

1. You can add a tablespoon of rose syrup or roohafza in this recipe
2. The lassi is not very sweet with the given amount of gulkand. You can add more gulkand or honey or sugar to taste
