Ingredients

  • 200 ml fresh cream low fat will work
  • 200 grams cream cheese
  • 2 cups mango puree
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • Vanilla

Instructions

  • Beat fresh cream until soft peaks.
  • Add the other ingredients and whip for few minutes
  • freeze over night. Scoop and serve mango cheesecake as required.

Notes

1. You can use hung curd in place of cream cheese.
2. Tinned mango pulp can be used
