Ingredients

cups
milk
1/8
cup
or small handful of roasted semiya
2
tablespoons
sweetened condensed milk
3-4
tablespoons
sugar
Instructions
Bring milk to a boil, add condensed milk and mix well. Add semiya to it. Cook in low flame for 10 minutes until the semiya is well cooked.
Once the semiya is well cooked add sugar amd cook for 5 more minutes till sugar is dissolved.
Pour the milk in popsicle moulds and freeze for 12 hours. Unmould and serve semiya paal ice once frozen.
Notes
1. You can add more vermicelli if you like. I like to keep it minimum
2. You can add sago and make the same recipe
