preheat oven at 180C. Take melted butter in a mixing bowl. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract to it. Mix well.
To this sift whole wheat flour, cocoa powder and baking powder along with a pinch of salt. Mix well to incorporate. Do not over mix.
Add chopped walnuts and chocolate chips to the batter. Fold gently.
Pour this batter to a greased, lined and further greased 8 or 9inch square tin. The batter will be thick so shake the tin and spread the batter in an even manner.
Scatter more chocolate chips and chopped walnuts all over.
Bake in the hot oven for 25-35 minutes. Once a tester comes out with few crumbs cocoa brownie is done. Slice and serve cocoa brownies once cooled thoroughly.

1. You can use maida intead of wheat 2. You can use any nuts instead of walnuts
