Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup crumbled digestive biscuits
  • 3/4 cup roasted and chopped almonds
  • 300 grams dark chocolate chopped
  • 50 grams butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Nutella for topping

Instructions

  • Take chopped chocolate, butter, sugar in a sauce pan. Start heating and cook in low flame until the chocolate melts and the mixture is very smooth and lump free.
  • Take crumbled biscuits and roasted chopped nuts in a mixing bowl. Add the chocolate mixture and mix well.
  • Pour this chocolate nut mixture into a very well greased or foil lined tin. Set in fridge for 3-4 hours.
  • Once the cake is set, add chocolate nut spread on top and spread it evenly. Add chopped fruits like strawberry or more nuts. Slice and serve no bake chocolate almond cake as dessert.

Notes

1. You can use any nuts of your choice
2. Topping is optional.
