Take all the ingredients except dry fruits and nuts in broad pan. Mix well.
Start heating. Cook in medium flame stirring continuously. Cook for 7-10 minutes till the whole mixture turns into soft mass as seen in the picture.
Add the dry fruits and nuts. Mix well.
Quickly transfer the fudge mixture to the greased tin and spread it evenly with a spatula. Cover and set for 1 hour in fridge. Once set, make slices and serve chocolate fudge as required. keeps well for 2-3 days when stored airtight.
Notes
1. You can toast the nuts briefly for more flavor. 2. You can add any flavor instead of vanilla
