Take all the vegetables in a mixing bowl. Add crushed ginger and finely chopped green chilies. Add cilantro and curry leaves as well.
Add gram flour, rice flour, salt, cooked semiya and mix well. No need to add water.
Frying the semia pakoda
1.Deep frying
You can pinch small balls of pakoda and deep fry in hot oil. Deep fry in medium flame until golden brown.
2. Shallow frying
Heat 2-3 tablespoons oil in a small pan. Maintain low flame. Pinch small balls from semiya veggie mixture and add it to the oil. Fry in low flame until golden brown. You shouldflip frequently for even cooking.
To fry in appe pan, heat a paniyaraakal and grease each mould with oil. Pinch small portions from semiya mixture and place in each mould. Fry until golden by flipping frequently. You can few more drops of oil.
Serve semiya pakoda hot with tea.

1. You can add veggies of your choice 2. You can add ajwain or cumin seeds if you wish.
