Mango sorbet recipe, quick, easy and delicious sorbet with fresh mango pulp and lemon juice
Prepare a simple sugar syrup first. Add 1/2 cup sugar to 1/2 up water and dissolve well. Boil until the syrup turns thick. Cool thoroughly.
Peel and chop the mangoes roughly. Transfer to a blender and puree well.
Add to the cooled sugar syrup. Add lemon juice and mix well.
Transfer to a freezer proof container. Freeze for 2 hours.
Using a fork beat the sorbet mixture well. Return to freezer.
repeat this step for 4 times every 45 minutes. After final beating freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
Remove the sorbet 10 minutes before serving. Scoop and serve mango sorbet immediately.

2. You can use a fork, spoon or electric beater to break the ice crystals.
