Ingredients

  • 10 bread slices
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped veggies cabbage,carrots,baby corn capsicum etc
  • 3 tablespoons spring onion whites chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon tomato sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt
  • 2 teaspoons oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200 C for 10 minutes.
  • In the mean time heat a kadai with 2 teaspoons oil and saute finely chopped ginger,spring onion whites for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add finely chopped cabbage,carrots,baby corn and capsicum and mix well. Add sugar,salt,pepper powder and soy sauce. Mix well and saute for 4-5 minutes in high flame.
  • Mix well and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
  • Take a bread slice and remove the crust.Just sprinkle 1 drop of water on the bread to dampen it and roll the bread slightly with a rolling pin. Apply little water on the edges.
  • Keep 2 teaspoons of filling and roll tightly and seal the edges. Repeat the same for all the slices.
  • Arrange the rolled breads on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. Serve baked bread rolls with a salad and sauce for a healthy and tasty breakfast.

Notes

1. It is very important to roll the bread with rolling pin,only the you will be able to roll the bread after keeping the filling.
2. You can change the filling as per your taste
