- 4 bread slices preferably white
- 4 tablespoons fresh cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons corn flour
- 1/4 cup mixed chopped nuts
Take the bread pieces and tear into small pieces. Blend along with fresh cream.
Take 2 teaspoons cornflour and mix with 1/4 cup milk without any lumps. Take the boiled milk and condensed milk in a heavy bottomed pan. Heat in low flame for 4-5 minutes. Add cornflour paste,sugar and mix well. Bring to a boil. Now add the bread paste and mix well. Cook in low flame for 5 minutes,the mixture will start to thicken.
Now add the milk masala or almond,pista slivers,saffron,cardamom etc. Mix well and cook for 5 more minutes. The mixture will be of semi condensed milk consistency now. Cool to room temperature.
Pour the mixture in kulfi moulds and freeze overnight or 6-8 hours. While serving invert the container and tap slightly,serve easy bread kulfi immediately.
