Ingredients

For Classic Mango Smoothie

  • 2 mangoes medium sized, ripe and sweet, 3 cups chopped
  • 1.5 cups coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or honey

For Mango Banana Smoothie

  • 2 cups mangoes cubed
  • 1 cup banana sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1.5 cups coconut milk

For Strawberry mango smoothie

  • 2.5 cups mangoes cubed
  • 10 strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup orange juice or tender coconut water

Optional Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • chia seeds
  • Flax seeds

Instructions

Classic Mango Smoothie

  • Peel and roughly chop the mangoes. The mangoes I used very ripe that I just scooped out the pulp. Take it in a mixer jar.

  • To that add thick coconut milk. I used homemade coconut milk. You can also use tinned coconut milk or coconut cream.

  • Add sugar or honey to taste.

  • Blend smooth. Serve immediately

Mango Banana Smoothie

  • Add 2 cups chopped mangoes and 1 cup banana slices in a blender jar. If you have frozen banana you can use it two. Add 3 small bananas.

  • To that add 1.5 cups coconut milk.

  • Also add sugar to taste.

  • Blend until smooth.

  • Transfer to serving glass and top with dried berries, chopped nuts. Serve this delicious and thick smoothie immediately.

Strawberry Mango Smoothie

  • Add 2.5 cups chopped mangoes to a blender jar and blend until smooth. Add 8-10 fresh or frozen strawberries to it. Also add sugar to taste.
  • Add 1 cup orange juice and blend everything until smooth.

Notes

  • The recipe can be doubled
  • Add some ice cubes for creamy and thicker smoothies.
