Dry Fruits Ladoo recipe | Easy Dry Fruits Laddu recipe

Dry fruits ladoo recipe without added sugar or jaggery. These ladoos are easy to make and tastes wonderful and very healthy too!

Ingredients

  • 30 dates pitted
  • 15 dried figs
  • 3/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup cashews roasted and chopped
  • 1/8 cup almonds roasted and chopped
  • 1/8 cup pistachios roasted and chopped
  • desiccated coconut optional, for rolling

Instructions

  • First of all dry roast the nuts until they turn aromatic.
  • Let cool and chop them finely
  • Soak dry fruits in hot water for 20 minutes.Drain and chop the dates and figs coarsely.
  • Pulse the chopped dry fruits until they resemble fine crumbs.
  • Heat a thick pan. Add the pulsed dry fruits-nuts and saute for 6-7 minutes. The whole mixture will turn to a big lump and non sticky.
  • Remove from flame and allow to cool for 15 minutes.Once the mixture is warm to touch,apply some ghee to your palms and shape them into mini ladoos.
  • Roll over desiccated coconut and serve.
