Mango Smoothie Bowl

Healthy and heart mango smoothie bowl with assorted toppings like seeds, nuts, fresh and dried fruits. Makes for a delicious breakfast or snack!

Ingredients

  • 3 Mangoes ripe, peeled and cubed
  • 100 ml Coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons palm sugar honey or cane sugar can be used

Toppings:

  • 3 tablespoons granola
  • 3 tablespoons dried berries
  • 3 teaspoons coconut flakes
  • 10 fresh cherries
  • 3 lychee pitted
  • 3 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 3 teaspoons pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  • Add peeled ripe mangoes, coconut milk and palm sugar in a blender or mixer jar. Blend to a thick puree.
  • Take the prepared smoothie in a serving bowl.
  • Top with desiccated coconut flakes, dried berries, fresh cherries, lychee, pumpkin seeds. Serve chilled.

Notes

  1. Do not add too much of coconut milk as it will thin down the smoothie.
  2. The consistency of the smoothie should be like soft serve.
