For avocado salad

ripe avocado
medium size

tomatoes
seeds removed and cubed

cucumber, small
cubed

onion
chopped
For dressing

tablespoons
lemon juice

teaspoon
brown sugar

pepper powder
freshly ground
salt
to taste
Instructions
Rinse, remove the seed and cube the avocados.
Place them in a mixing bowl.
Add cubed tomatoes, cucumber and chopped onions.
Now add pepper powder, rock salt, lemon juice and sugar. Toss well. Serve as snack or side dish.
