GANGA JAMUNA JUICE

Ganga jamuna juice is one unique name for a mix of orange and mosambi juice. This orange mosambi juice is very popular in north India. Here is the easy recipe for ganga jamuna juice

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe sweet limes
  • 3 ripe oranges
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup water optional
  • ice cubes to serve

Instructions

  • Peel the oranges. Slice the mosambi into two.
  • Extract the juice from sweet lime or mosambi first using a handheld juicer. You can also peel the fruit and blend.
  • Next peel the oranges and take the segments in a blender jar. Smoothly blend and strain the juice. Add water if needed.
  • Mix both the juices and add sugar. Blend well and serve with ice cubes.

Notes

You can vary the proportion of fruits as per taste
If you prefer you can leave out sugar or use cane sugar instead
