Mango Frozen Yogurt

Rich, creamy, delightfully tangy dessert that is much lighter than ice cream. Here is how to make best mango frozen yogurt or froyo.
Servings: 10 small scoops
- 2 cups chopped ripe mangoes
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup thick fresh yogurt
Peel and roughly chop the mangoes discarding the stone. You will need 2 cups of chopped mangoes
Add it to a blender jar along with 1/4 cup sugar.
Blend to a smooth puree
Top with 1 cup curd
and blend again
Transfer to a freezer safe container and freeze for 6-8 hours.
Scoop and serve as dessert.
- For more creamy texture you can use 1.5 cups mango and 1.5 cups yogurt.
- The recipe can be doubled or halved.
