- 6 cardamom pods
- few saffron strands
- 3 cups boiled milk.
- 3 teaspoon sugar
Pick 6 plump green cardamom pods and crush it well using a mortar and pestle
Add 3 cups previously boiled milk to a sauce pan. Add few saffron strands.
Next add the crushed cardamom pods. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Add sugar or palm candy powder and mix well.
Serve cardamom milk hot or warm.
