Keep the kolhapuri masala powder ready
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan.
Temper with cumin seeds.Add crushed ginger garlic and saute well.
Add chopped onions and saute for few minutes,
Add chopped tomatoes and saute till they turn mushy.
Add the kolhapuri masala powder, salt and turmeric powder. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes
Add sugar and 1/2 cup water. You can add 1 cup water for gravy.
Now add the paneer cubes and toss or simmer for 2 minutes
Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve paneer kolhapuri hot with roti or rice.
