Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain murmura / pori
  • 1/4 cup each chopped almonds, cashews, raisins, peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons roasted gram
  • 20 curry leaves
  • 3 green chilies finely chopped
  • salt
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions

  • Heat 2 tablespoons oil and fry almonds, cashews, raisins and peanuts separately. Fry curry leaves and green chilies too.
  • In the same pan remove the oil and roast murumura for 2 minutes.
  • Add required salt and toss well.
  • Serve murmura chivda as required.
