Servings: 4 1/2 cups
- 2 cups plain murmura / pori
- 1/4 cup each chopped almonds, cashews, raisins, peanuts
- 2 tablespoons roasted gram
- 20 curry leaves
- 3 green chilies finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons oil
Heat 2 tablespoons oil and fry almonds, cashews, raisins and peanuts separately. Fry curry leaves and green chilies too.
In the same pan remove the oil and roast murumura for 2 minutes.
Add required salt and toss well.
Serve murmura chivda as required.
