Peel and roughly chop the mangoes after removing the seed. Puree the mangoes well into a smooth pulp. If the mangoes are not sweet, you can add sugar to taste while pureeing. Refrigerate until use.
Whip fresh cream or whipping cream with required sugar into soft peaks.
Into a serving glass, add the whipped cream and mango puree as required. As layers or just fold the mango puree into the whipped cream. Chill in refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Serve mango fool as dessert.
Notes
1. You can use strawberries in place of mango 2. add lemon juice and zest to mango puree if you like the flavor
