  • 1 cup + 2 tablespoons milk boiled and cooled
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon corn flour


  • Dissolve 1/2 teaspoon corn flour in 2 tablespoons milk without any lumps.
  • Add this corn flour slurry to the 1 cup boiled and cooled milk. Mix well.
  • Simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Add sugar and mix well. Cook till the milk slightly thickens.
  • Let cool to room temperature. Pour in posicle moulds and freeze for 12-14 hours. Unmould and serve paal ice immediately


1. Do not add more corn flour, the flavor will be felt in popsicle.
2. Do not thicken the mixture very much. Just cook till it slightly thickens
3. Adjust sugar as per taste.
