  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup mixed fruits and nuts
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Vanilla extract


  • Take all the ingredients except dry fruits and nuts in broad pan. Mix well.
  • Start heating. Cook in medium flame stirring continuously. Cook for 7-10 minutes till the whole mixture turns into soft mass as seen in the picture.
  • Add the dry fruits and nuts. Mix well.
  • Quickly transfer the fudge mixture to the greased tin and spread it evenly with a spatula. Cover and set for 1 hour in fridge. Once set, make slices and serve chocolate fudge as required. keeps well for 2-3 days when stored airtight.


1. You can toast the nuts briefly for more flavor.
2. You can add any flavor instead of vanilla
