Mix minced garlic, chili flakes, dried oregano well. Add this to the soft butter and mix well. Take all the veggies in a mixing bowl. Add grated cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well. Preheat oven at 180C.
Arrange baguette slices in a baking tray and toast the slices for 5 minutes.
Now flip the bread slices so that the toasted sides are down.
Now top the veggie mixture on each slice. Drizzle few drops of olive oil on each slice. Return to the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes. Serve crostini hot.
