Ingredients

  • 6 baguette slices
  • 1/2 bell pepper chopped
  • 1 to mato chopped
  • 2 baby corns chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • Grated cheese
  • Chili flakes
  • Pepper powder
  • 3 tablespoons soft butter
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Mix minced garlic, chili flakes, dried oregano well. Add this to the soft butter and mix well. Take all the veggies in a mixing bowl. Add grated cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well. Preheat oven at 180C.
  • Arrange baguette slices in a baking tray and toast the slices for 5 minutes.
  • Now flip the bread slices so that the toasted sides are down.
  • Now top the veggie mixture on each slice. Drizzle few drops of olive oil on each slice. Return to the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes. Serve crostini hot.

Notes

1. You can change seasoning as per taste
2. You can use any thick bread slice
