  • 12 bread slices
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red and yellow bell pepper
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 to mato finely chopped
  • Dried basil
  • oregano
  • Chilli flakes
  • Salt
  • Butter softened


  • Take the chopped vegetables in a mixing bowl.
  • Add grated cheese, seasoning ingredients. Mix well.
  • Take a bread slice and spread butter on both sides. Place 2 tablespoons of prepared filling. Close with another buttered bread.
  • Toast the sandwich on hot tava with more butter. Repeat the same with remaining bread slices. Serve pizza sandwich hot.


1. You can use veggies of your choice for filling.
2. Use white or brown bread as per preference.
