Take cream cheese in a mixing bowl and beat very well. Add all the vegetables, salt, basil, pepper powder and chili flakes. Mix very well.
Take a bread slice and trim the edges. Rub some butter on both sides. Place 2 tablespoons of prepared cream cheese veggie mixture. Trim the edges of another bread slice, rub butter and close the sandwich,
Heat a tava and toast the prepared sandwich until golden from both sides. Repeat the same with other bread slices. Serve cream cheese sandwich hot with tea/coffee/milkshake.
Notes
1. Use less salt as cream cheese already contains salt. 2. Use veggies of your choice like onions, corn etc.
