Ingredients
1.5cuppasta
1/4cupmarinara sauce
2teaspoonsolive oil
Dried herbs
Instructions
Bring a pot full of water to rapid boil. Add pasta along with few drops of olive oil. I also added corn kernels along with pasta to boil the corn kernels. Drain, save 1/4 cup of pasta cooking water, keep the cooked pasta closed until adding to sauce.
Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a pan. Add 1/4 cup of marinara sauce and saute quickly.
Add the pasta cooking water and mix well. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add the cooked pasta, toss quickly, adjust salt if required. Serve pasta in marinara sauce topped with herbs/ parmesan cheese if required.
Notes
1. You can increase the amount of marinara sauce as per taste. 2. Make sure to add pasta cooking water to prevent pasta from drying
