Chocolate biscuit balls recipe-A very easy no cook no bake dessert sweet with leftover biscuits and cocoa powder. A fancy snack for kids and toddlers!

Ingredients

  • 12-15 marie biscuits powdered
  • 3 tablespoons butter softened
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 15 almonds powdered (optional)
  • Cocoa powder for coating optional

Instructions

  • Powder the biscuits in a mixie. Take the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl and beat until thoroughly mixed.
  • Add the biscuit powder,cocoa powder and mix well. Bring together and knead well to make a dough.
  • Pinch equal sized portions and shape into balls. Apply butter on your hands to give the balls a glossy finish. (This is not needed if you are going to coat the balls though)
  • Roll the shaped balls over powdered almonds OR dessicated coconut OR biscuit powder OR leave them plain to set for a while. Serve chocolate biscuit balls recipe as sweet or dessert. This keeps well for around 4-5 days at room temperature.

Notes

1. The number of balls depends on the size you make them
2. You can add finely chopped nuts along with other ingredients.
3. You can keep any nut or raisin inside and make balls too.
