Kulukki Sarbath Recipe
Kulukki sarbath is a delicious Indian sweet and spicy lemon shakeups with pineapple juice.
- 2.5 cups pineapple juice chilled
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water or club soda
- 3 tablespoon nannari syrup
- 1 teaspoon basil seeds sabja seeds
- 2 green chilies chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- Rock salt
- Ice cubes
- Mint leaves
First of all soak sabja seeds in water for 30 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Take a cocktail shaker or a jar with tight lid. Add ice cubes to the jar.
Pour chilled pineapple juice, lemon juice and water.
Add sugar, rock salt, nannari syrup.
Add chopped green chilies and red chili flakes.
Also add the sabja seeds. Close the lid and shake vigorously till the sugar dissolves. Serve with more ice cubes and mint leaves.
