For avocado salad

  • 1 ripe avocado medium size
  • 2 tomatoes seeds removed and cubed
  • 1 cucumber, small cubed
  • 1 onion chopped

For dressing

  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder freshly ground
  • salt to taste


  • Rinse, remove the seed and cube the avocados.
  • Place them in a mixing bowl.
  • Add cubed tomatoes, cucumber and chopped onions.
  • Now add pepper powder, rock salt, lemon juice and sugar. Toss well. Serve as snack or side dish.
