PANEER MASALA DOSA RECIPE

For making paneer bhurji
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2 green chilies slit
- 1/2 inch ginger peeled and minced
- 3 garlic cloves peeled and minced
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 small tomatoes chopped fine
- 3/4 cup methi leaves rinsed
- 1 tespoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 200 grams paneer
- salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
To Make Paneer Masala Dosa
- 1.5 cups dosa batter
- 1/2 cup red chutney
- oil to make dosa
For making paneer bhurji
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan. Temper with cumin seeds, minced ginger garlic and slit green chilies. Add chopped onions and add chopped tomatoes.
Saute well and add rinsed methi leaves
Add the spice powders.
Saute very well till the raw flavor of methi leaves go off.
Now add the crumbled paneer and mix very well.
Season with salt. Cook in medium flame for 2-3 minutes,
Add cilantro leaves and mix well. Remove from flame, add lemon juice and mix well.
Making Paneer masala dosa recipe
Heat a cast iron tava and once it is hot spread few drops of oil all over. Pour a ladle full of dosa batter and spread into a thin circle. Cook for a minute.
Spread some chutney.
Place 2-3 tablespoons of prepared paneer bhurji. Close into half and cook till dosa turns crispy, flipping as necessary.
Serve hot with chutney and sambar along with coffee or tea.
