Badam Shake Recipe

  • 2 cups full fat milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tespoon pure almond extract
  • 2 scoops vanilla or almond ice cream optional, more for serving


  • Boil and chill the milk for 3-4 hours.
  • Blanch 15 almonds for 5 minutes in hot water. Peel and discard the skin.
  • Take peeled almonds, sugar and vanilla in a mixer jar. Add 1/4 cup milk and blend to a smooth paste.
  • Add ice cream, remaining milk and blend again until smooth and frothy
  • Serve badam shake topped with ice cream immediately.
