- 2 large carrots
- 2 cups milks boiled and cooled
- 10 cashews or almonds
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons fresh cream optional
Rinse, peel and chop two large carrots. Steam or pressure cook the chopped carrots until soft. You can steam for 10 minutes or pressure cook for 2 whistles. Let cool.
Combine cooled carrots, cream,cashews and sugar in a blender jar. Blend smooth.
Top with boiled and cooled milk. Blend again until frothy.
Serve Chilled
Variations- along with carrot you can add steamed beets and pumpkins.
