Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk boiled, cooled and frozen
  • 3 small bananas ripe, sweet, peeled and chopped
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate malt powder boost, bournvita
  • 10 raw almonds or cashews or 2 tablespoons peanuts
  • 3 teaspoon sugar or honey

Instructions

  • Boil, chill and freeze the milk. Semi frozen milk is fine too.
  • To a blender jar add ripe chopped bananas, malt powder, almonds, frozen milk
  • Also add required sugar
  • Blend until smooth and frothy.
  • Serve chilled immediately.

Notes

  1. You ca n double, triple or halve the recipe
  2. Use nuts of your choice instead of almonds
  3. Boiled and chilled milk can be used instead of frozen milk
