- 2 cups whole milk boiled, cooled and frozen
- 3 small bananas ripe, sweet, peeled and chopped
- 3 tablespoons chocolate malt powder boost, bournvita
- 10 raw almonds or cashews or 2 tablespoons peanuts
- 3 teaspoon sugar or honey
Boil, chill and freeze the milk. Semi frozen milk is fine too.
To a blender jar add ripe chopped bananas, malt powder, almonds, frozen milk
Also add required sugar
Blend until smooth and frothy.
Serve chilled immediately.
- You ca n double, triple or halve the recipe
- Use nuts of your choice instead of almonds
- Boiled and chilled milk can be used instead of frozen milk
