Mango Frozen Yogurt

Rich, creamy, delightfully tangy dessert that is much lighter than ice cream. Here is how to make best mango frozen yogurt or froyo.

  • Blender


  • 2 cups chopped ripe mangoes
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup thick fresh yogurt


  • Peel and roughly chop the mangoes discarding the stone. You will need 2 cups of chopped mangoes
  • Add it to a blender jar along with 1/4 cup sugar.
  • Blend to a smooth puree
  • Top with 1 cup curd
  • and blend again
  • Transfer to a freezer safe container and freeze for 6-8 hours.
  • Scoop and serve as dessert.


  • For more creamy texture you can use 1.5 cups mango and 1.5 cups yogurt.
  • The recipe can be doubled or halved.
