Servings: 4 small
- 2 medium sized apples peeled, cored and cubed
- 3 tablespoons sugar granulated or raw organic
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 6 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
Prepping The Apples
Begin by preheating your oven at 180 C or 350 F
Next, rinse, peel, core and chop the apples.
Sprinkle some ground cinnamon and sugar over it. Mix well
Divide this apple mixture evenly among 4 ramekins. Press gently with a fork. Set aside till we make crumble topping.
Preparing Crumble Topping
Do not reduce the sugar mentioned for apple filling as it may interfere with the stewing of apples.
You can reduce the amount of butter in topping by 1 tablespoon.
The recipe can be doubled or tripled
