  • 3 cups mixed chopped fruits
  • 1 cup fresh or whipping cream
  • 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup soft cream cheese or hung yogurt
  • 1 teaspoona vanilla extract


  • Rinse, peel and chop the fruits into small cubes.

  • Combine whipping or fresh cream, cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla in a bowl. I used vanilla bean powder so the color of my cream is bit dark.
