Mango Smoothie

This rich creamy mango smoothie is your perfect summer drink. Summer is the time to enjoy frozen desserts, chilled drinks as well as ripe fresh mangoes. Why not combine the two and enjoy delicious smoothie with mangoes?

Rinse and slice 2 large or 4 medium mangoes as mentioned above. You will need 3 cups of cubed mangoes. If using frozen fruit measure 3 cups of mango chunks and set aside. If your mangoes are very ripe just scoop the pulp out as I have done here. Take the mango pulp in a blender jar.

To that add thick thick coconut milk.

Add 1-2 teaspoons sugar or jaggery. I used jaggery as it goes very well with coconut. You can add few ice cubes if you like. Blend Smooth. Serve
