Cheeselings recipe. Easy recipe for healthy whole wheat flour baked cheeselings
Servings: 60 small
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 3 tablespoons chilled butter
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Pepper powder
- Cold water
Take butter in a mixing bowl. To that sieve wheat flour, salt, sugar and baking soda. Mix well till the mixture resembles bread crumbs.
To that add grated cheese, sugar and pepper powder. Mix and rub well and try to make a dough. Sprinkle cold water as required and make a soft dough. Chill it for 15 minutes
preheat oven at 180C. Roll the chilled dough into a circle of 1/4-1/8 thickness. using pizza cutter or knife cutout small diamonds
Arrange on a greased baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes. Cool thoroughly before storing. Serve cheselings with tea.
